เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า

1. สินค้าสามารถเปลี่ยน/ คืนได้ภายในระยะเวลา 7 วัน โดยนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า สินค้าที่เปลี่ยน/ คืน จะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ พร้อมป้ายราคาสินค้า กล่องหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ (ถ้ามี) และยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน

2. สินค้าต้องเป็นสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อจากร้านค้าออนไลน์ผ่านทาง www.yuedpao.com เท่านั้น

3. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยน/ คืนสินค้า สำหรับรายการสินค้าที่อยู่ในหมวดลดราคา, สินค้าราคาพิเศษ, สินค้า Online Exclusive, สินค้ากลุ่มชุดชั้นใน ถุงเท้า ชุดว่ายน้ำ และ สินค้า Pre-Order ในทุกกรณี

4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนสินค้าในรุ่นเดียวกันเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นรุ่นอื่นทดแทนได้ ยกเว้น กรณีสินค้าหมด

Product Exchange and Return Policy

1. Products can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Items for exchange/return must be in perfect condition, with the price tag, box, or packaging (if applicable) intact, and must not have been used.

2. The products must be purchased through our official online store at www.yuedpao.com only.

3. We reserve the right to decline exchanges/returns for discounted items, special-priced items, Online Exclusive items, underwear, socks, swimwear, and Pre-Order items under any circumstances.

4. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product model. Changing to a different model is not permitted unless the item is out of stock.

Note: All products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Items that have been washed or have had the tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

การจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศ จะถูกจัดส่งแบบลงทะเบียนจาก ระยะเวลาการจัดส่ง และตรวจสอบสถานะของสินค้า

การจัดส่งภายในประเทศ    มีระยะเวลาประมาณ: 1-3 วัน

หมายเหตุ

1.ระยะเวลาใน "การจัดส่ง" คือการประเมินเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้า ซึ่งจะเริ่มนับตั้งแต่มีการยืนยัน และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการสั่งสินค้า ทั้งนี้อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามแต่ให้ผู้บริการ และแต่ละพื้นที่บริการ

2.สำหรับพัสดุที่ไม่มีผู้รับจะถูกส่งคืน และไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณี หากมีคำถามสำหรับการจัดส่งสามารถติดต่อสอบถามได้ผ่านทาง LINE OA @yuedpao
